I will provide you with evidence-based information to help guide you on the impacts of food and overall nutrition on physical health and mental well-being. I have a scientific background having graduated with a BSc in Biochemistry and furthering my education with an MSc in Food Nutrition & Health.

I won’t be advising you to simply increase protein intake, reduce carbs or fat, like many personal trainers and nutritionists do. I have a clear understanding of neurochemistry and what drives people to eat more fatty, sugary and refined foods. I will approach this delicate situation with a listening ear and help you achieve your desired Nutrition goals over time. Nothing changes overnight.
