Having completed my 200-hour Yoga qualification in Koh Phangan, Thailand in 2018, I am accredited with Yoga Alliance. I can motivate and help you to begin a simple Yoga routine which will not only build strength and flexibility but will help balance your Nervous System. Simple inversions such as the classical downward dog are excellent at reducing depression, as circulation is improved to boost mood, behaviour and thinking.
I have completed a course with Sahaja yoga on the benefits of Kundalini Meditation in achieving balance between our right and left channels.
I have also completed a mindfulness course with the Dublin Buddhist Centre.
